On Friday, August 26, E3 Discovery joined KC-favorite bands Apple Scruffs, Quite Frankly the Band, and Paramount for the E3 Youth Resiliency Concert at The Truman in downtown Kansas City. The benefit concert featured coffee vendors, food and ice cream trucks, and a photo booth.
We are excited to share that the concert raised $2,775.91, with 145 attendees!
Headliners Apple Scruffs began the night with a selection of favorite Beatles covers, followed by Quite Frankly with an energizing mix of covers and originals, and Paramount with rock-heavy original songs. It was a fun night with great music performances.
All funds raised will be used to benefit Synergy Services in KCMO. During summer 2022, E3 Discovery has been working with Synergy to establish a program of Kolbe assessments and workshops that will be used to support homeless, runaway, LGBTQ+, and vulnerable youth in the KC area. We are excited to continue this important work with the funds raised at the concert! Thank you for supporting our mission!
