Congrats to Jack Kessler, recent Shawnee Mission East High School graduate and E3 Discovery student, on his acceptance into West Point Military Academy!
West Point has an acceptance rate of just 12%, and students go through a grueling and extremely selective application process just to be considered—including 80 crunches in 2 minutes and a congressional nomination! Jack has been working hard toward this goal since seventh grade, attending military-style summer camps, making connections with previous graduates, and developing his leadership skills.
We recently had the privilege of doing both the Kolbe Y™ Index and Kolbe Career Advantage™ Career Assessment for Jack, as he prepares for this important transition and to choose a major at West Point. Not only is he a hard worker and gifted leader, Jack’s Kolbe MO makes him the ultimate fit for West Point.
