As a part of Kolbe Strengths Week (May 1-7), E3 Discovery received a grant from Kolbe Corp. to partner with a local nonprofit and provide assessments to students in need. Last year, E3 Discovery used this same grant to partner with Synergy Services in KCMO.
This year, we were privileged to partner with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City, an organization helping thousands of kids in the urban core access life opportunities and create a great future. Their mission is inspiring kids to live out their dreams through affordable, accessible opportunities in the urban core.
We visited two of their clubs, the Thornberry Unit and the J&P Wagner Unit, and provided free Kolbe Y™ Index Assessments to 10 teens, 5 at each location. Later, we returned to complete the Kolbe Career Advantage™ with those same teens.
The teens we met with were engaged in the process and ready to learn how to harness their unique instincts. We were pleased to witness their insights and help them discover new ways to succeed in school and in life. We can’t wait to see the ways these 10 teens change the world!
