Graduations are always special. But some graduations make us truly proud–especially when they’re a success story that was a long time coming.
When we first met Mark* at age 15, his mom was afraid that he wouldn’t make it through high school. He was struggling at school and at home, and no one was happy.
That’s where E3 Discovery came in. Mark took the Kolbe Y™ Index and the Kolbe Career Advantage™, and his mom took the Kolbe A™ Index to see how her strengths were interacting with his. We were able to meet with them and provide one-on-one guidance to help Mark maximize his score results.
Now, three years later, Mark is about to graduate from high school. He’s more confident and resilient, and he has a plan for his future. We’re so proud of him and how hard he has worked to achieve this milestone.
